8 Inch Wheel Electric Cart Chain Drive Kit
1). This kit is for the pull cart, people can convert the normal cart to an electric cart, this can carry 200kg.
2). The wheel size is 8 inch (it can be 10 inch or 14.5 inch), the tire is inflated with an inner tube, and the wheel axle hole is 10mm.
3). This kit’s total power is 500W or 700W (the motor is a 250W or 350W brushed motor each), it drives the 8 inch wheel max speed about 6km/h, we can also change the gear to make the max speed about 9km/h or 3km/h.
4). This kit does not include battery, you need to get the battery separately, the lead acid battery and the lithium battery are all ok, and the battery capacity I recommend 24V 20Ah or more Ah.
5). The control method can be a wired throttle, a wired joystick, or a wireless remote; the different control method uses different controllers.
6). 4-wheels drive is ok.
Wired throttle:
It can be a pedal throttle, a handle throttle, or a thumb throttle, this depends on your project.
The mounting hole diameter is 22mm.
The throttle can be with the key switch or button switch, and the battery voltmeter or indicator lights.
The motor speed can be variable with the throttle.
This throttle can control the motor to drive forward and backward (if with a reverse switch), but can not control the motor to turn left and right.
Wired joystick:
The motor speed can be variable with the joystick.
This joystick has the battery indicator lights and 5 speed levels.
This joystick can control the motors to not only drive forward and backward, but also turn left and right.
This joystick can be used with a wireless remote, the remote distance is max 20 meters.
Wireless remote:
The wireless remote can control the motors to go forward, backward, turn left, right, and cruise.
The one-hand remote has a small li-battery inside that is rechargeable.
This remote display can show the battery’s voltage.
The two-hand remote uses 4pcs AA battery cells that are not included.
This remote has a high/low speed mode.
The remote’s receiver can connect max 4 switches, then you can connect the electric part (like the light) to the switch and turn on/off the electric part with the wireless remote.
