8 Inch Wheel Electric Camping Wagon Conversion Kit

1). This kit is for the wagon cart, people can convert the normal wagon to an electric wagon, which can carry 200kg.

2). The motor wheel is 8 inch, it uses a solid tire that is without air, the tire width is about 70mm.

3). This kit’s total power is 700W (the motor is a 350W brushless motor each), in cruise mode (mode 1), the max speed is about 5km/h, in assist mode (mode 2), the max speed is about 15km/h.

4). This motor has an encoder inside, in cruise mode (mode 1), the motor will detect obstacles like stones and run stably, it will also detect the upslope and downslope, then keep the speed.

5). This kit does not include battery, you need to buy the battery separately, the lead acid battery and the lithium battery are all ok, and the battery capacity I recommend is 24V 15Ah to 20Ah.

6). For mounting the motor wheels on the wagon easily, we supply the forks in the kit, if they do not fit your wagon, then you need to modify your fork or make the fork yourself, please understand.

7). This kit has electric brake that can stop on a slope, and please put the cargo on the motors side, so the motor wheels will not slip when starting.

The remote has 3 modes

Mode 1: cruise mode, in this mode, the motor encoder is working, you can push the joystick on the remote to start the motors, or push the wagon to start the motors, the motor will run as front-drive, it will detect the upslope and downslope then keep a speed automatically, so you just need to control its steer, the max speed is about 5km/h.

Push the joystick forward will accelerate the motors, push it backward will brake the motors but not reverse.

In this mode, the motor will shake without loading, this because the encoder is detecting the environment, and it is good after loading on the road.

Mode 2: assist mode, in this mode, the motor encoder is closed, and it becomes rear-drive, but you can not control its steer, so you need to pull the wagon at the front, this is better when the road is bad,

and if the road is good, you can sit in the wagon and drive it as an electric scooter, this max speed is about 15km/h.

Click the remote button twice can make the motors run in reverse.

Mode 3: parking mode, push the joystick back and click the switch button, the joystick will be useless, this is for parking.

When the remote is off, the dual-drive controller will be turned off after one hour.

The controller is waterproof:

It has only 1 plug that is for the 24V battery, the plug is XT60,
you just need to connect this plug to a 24V battery,
then you can turn on the controller and remote,
so the motor wheels will be controlled with the remote.

The remote has 3 modes

Mode 1:

Remote mode, in this mode, the motors will always be braked, you can push the joystick on the remote to start the motors, and they will stop when you release the joystick, you can set the max speed 1km/h to 7km/h (slow speed is better for steering).

Pushing the joystick forward will accelerate the motors, pushing it backward will reverse the motors.

Note: In this mode, the motor will be locked, you can only use the remote to move the wagon.

Mode 2: Cruise mode, in this mode, the motors will keep a speed after you push the remote joystick, and you can click the joystick to stop them.

Mode 3: Assist mode, in this mode, the motors will be free, so you can pull the wagon manually, but you still can use the remote to control the motors go forward and backward, but can not turn left or right.

When the remote is off, the dual-drive controller will be turned off after one hour.

The controller is waterproof:

It has only 3 plugs,
1 is for the 36V battery, the plug is XT60,
2 are for the motors,
you just need to connect the plugs to a 36V battery and motors,
then you can turn on the controller and remote,
so the motor wheels will be controlled with the remote.
