14.5 Inch Electric Wheelbarrow Conversion Kit
1). This kit is for the wheelbarrow cart, you can convert the normal barrow cart to an electric barrow cart, this can carry max 100kg.

2). This tire model is 145/70-6 (14.5 inch), it uses an inflated tire that is without a tube, the tire width is about 130mm.

3). This motor power is 350W, the max speed is about 15km/h.

4). This kit does not include a battery, you need to get the battery separately, the lead acid battery and the lithium battery are all ok, and the battery capacity I recommend 10AH to 20AH.

5). The drum brake and disc brake are available.

Controller wiring:
Power lock: you can turn on/off this controller with a switch.
Throttle: you can control the motor speed with the throttle.
EBS: it will cut off the motor power.
Reverse: you can control the motor rotation direction.
3-speed: the motor’s max speed will be 100%, 70% and 50%.
Cruise: when the motor is rotating, you can click the switch, then the system will enter the cruise mode, the motor will keep that speed and you can release the throttle.
PAS: to a bicycle pedal assist sensor, you can ignore it.
Reset: it is for changing the motor’s rotation direction, please keep this wire disconnected.
Headlight: it is just a power connector for the electric parts like the light, horn, etc, its voltage is the same as the battery voltage.

Simple controller:
This controller has an automatic brake, it will stop the motor just when you release the throttle.
It has only 4 connectors, it needs the matched throttle.
Battery: XT60 connector.
Throttle: quick-release waterproof connector.
Motor: quick-release waterproof connector.
Reset: SM connector (keep disconnected)
Voltmeter thumb throttle:
This thumb throttle uses the quick-release waterproof connector.
Its voltmeter shows the battery’s voltage.
Its buttons control the system on/off, and motor’s rotation direction.
LCD thumb throttle:
This throttle uses the quick-release waterproof connector.
This LCD display shows the motor’s speed, and battery status, etc.
This LCD display has 3 speed modes that can limit the motor’s max speed.
Bracket:
This bracket material is steel, the thickness of the plate is 5mm.
This bracket is for our brushless hub motor wheel that has the axle flat space 10mm or 12mm.
You can weld the plate on your cart frame, or just fix it with some M6 bolts, the diameter of the 4 mounting holes is 7mm.

Different wheel size options
Current wheel size is 14.5 inch, and we can supply 4-inch to 16-inch.
The gearless motor is good for high-speed project, and the geared motor is good for low-speed project.
Geared motor
The geared motor is low-speed but high torque, it is good for low-speed project.
