8 Inch Wheel Electric Cart Shaft Drive Kit
1). This kit is for 4-wheels drive cart, you can convert the normal cart to an electric cart, which can carry 350kg, you can also use it to build an electric remote lawn mower.
2). The wheel size can be 8 inch, 9 inch, 10 inch, or 14 inch, the tire can be inflated with an inner tube, or be a solid tire.
3). This kit’s total power is 1000W or 1400W (the motor is a 250W or 350W brushed motor each), the motor has 75RPM and 120RPM two speed options, it drives the 10 inch wheel at a max speed of about 4km/h or 6km/h.
4). This kit does not include battery, you need to get the battery separately, the lead acid battery and the lithium battery are all ok, and the battery capacity I recommend 24V 40Ah or more Ah.
5). The wireless remote can control the motors to run forward, backward, turn left, right, and cruise.
6). The motor bracket is available.
7). 2-wheels drive and 6-wheels drive are all ok.
Wired throttle:
It can be a pedal throttle, a handle throttle, or a thumb throttle, this depends on your project.
The mounting hole diameter is 22mm.
The throttle can be with the key switch or button switch, and the battery voltmeter or indicator lights.
The motor speed can be variable with the throttle.
This throttle can control the motor to drive forward and backward (if with a reverse switch), but can not control the motor to turn left and right.
Wireless remote:
The wireless remote can control the motors to go forward, backward, turn left, right, and cruise.
The one-hand remote has a small li-battery inside that is rechargeable.
This remote display can show the battery’s voltage.
The two-hand remote uses 4pcs AA battery cells that are not included.
This remote has a high/low speed mode.
The remote’s receiver can connect max 4 switches, then you can connect the electric part (like the light) to the switch and turn on/off the electric part with the wireless remote.

Motor bracket:
4pcs bracket is 1 pair, 2 for the left side and 2 for the right side.
This bracket is customized for this brushed geared DC motor, it does not fit other motors.
This bracket material is steel, and the thickness of the plate is 5mm.
You can weld the plate to your cart frame or secure it with some bolts. The diameter of the three mounting holes is 6mm.

Current wheel size can be 8-inch, 10-inch, and 14-inch, other sizes depend on your project.
The wheel’s max speed can be changed by changing the wheel’s sprocket.
